An excellent address, known for its authenticity. In fact, Túbal is a family story. The current owner, Atxen Jimenez, readily recounts that from a young age she helped her parents run the Bar Túbal, also located in Plaza de Navarra. Nowadays, her children have taken over and are renewing the traditional Navarrese recipes with imagination. The dishes can be enjoyed in an elegant dining room with a piano bar area. Some suggestions? Mushroom risotto, duck confit, roasted lobster...
