Royal residence where you can admire the works of José de Ribera, René-Antoine Houasse, Diego Velázquez, Pierre Paul Rubens..
Nicknamed the "Palace of the Deer", this royal residence stands on the highest part of a seven hundred hectare oak forest. The palace is of Italian architecture and was commissioned by Isabel de Farnesio (Queen of Spain from 1714 to 1746) in the mid-18th century. It contains works by José de Ribera, René-Antoine Houasse, Diego Velázquez, Peter Paul Rubens... One part is converted into a hunting museum with a collection of weapons, trophies and tapestries from the Real Fábrica.
