This is an excellent and very popular restaurant in Segovia. Unfortunately, the service can sometimes be a bit of a hindrance, since it is so successful. But on the plate, there are only good surprises, especially thanks to the star of the establishment, the roast suckling pig. Very copious, the tasting menu is a good option to have a good overview of the local gastronomy. Otherwise, you can stop by for a drink - there are some very good bottles on the menu - and enjoy some very good homemade tapas for free.

A local institution located just in front of the aqueduct and therefore very popular with tourists passing through, but also with the locals. The suckling pig, the famous Segovian pig, is excellent. You can also enjoy a duck breast and good game specialities. The rustic and friendly setting, with a fireplace in winter, gives the place a warm atmosphere. And the terrace in summer offers a unique view of the aqueduct. The service can be a little fast though. Reservation recommended during weekends in high season.
