Facing the San Martín church, this typical Segovian restaurant, with its medieval decoration, is housed in a 13th-century palace. The menu is fairly classic, but what makes it different is the wood-fired oven where suckling pigs are cooked, one of the specialities of the house. The menu also includes soups, salads, fish and a wide range of delicious meats. You may prefer to sit on the charming interior patio. The promise of a pleasant gastronomic moment, in a cool and quiet place.

El Figón de los Comuneros, a small typical restaurant, a little hidden in a small alley, is a nice surprise. Its menu del dia, offered at lunchtime during the week, offers very good value for money and its excellent suckling pig, the typical dish of the town, is a must try. The lamb chops are also delicious. The welcome is very pleasant and the setting, rustic as one could wish, make it a really nice place to stop. To be tried.
