Visit this castle and discover some of the elements like the galleries, the water tanks, the terraces and the garden...
This is the fortress that you can see on the heights from Consuegra, which dates back to the Caliphate of Cordoba. In 1183, it was ceded by Alfonso VII to the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, the Order of Malta, which made it its headquarters and gave it its current form. It was then destroyed by Napoleon's army in 1813. A recent restoration allows you today to visit some elements such as the galleries, the water tanks, the East, West and South towers, the chapter house, the hermitage, the terraces and the garden.

Une forteresse intéressante à combiner avec la visite des moulins pour un prix démocratique. Offre une très belle vue sur les moulins et les environs. Intéressant.
