Fanfan is Françoise, wife of sweet wizard Emmanuel Bonnabaud, who kindly welcomes you to this paradise for sweet tooths. Barley sugars, lollipops and marshmallows, of course, but also pastries, old-fashioned breads and handmade chocolate: everything here is homemade with fresh, local produce (the rhubarb comes from Emmanuel's father's garden). The patisserie's star product: the mojito version of the baba au rhum, a true delight. And it's impossible to resist the homemade marshmallow bear! A must for all gourmets.

Owner's Message
Pastry, chocolate, ice-cream and confectioner, Emmanuel Bonnabaud has been putting his know-how at your disposal for 35 years in the Puy de Dôme. He makes his pastries, chocolates, ice creams and confectionery in a traditional way. He has worked in beautiful houses, for example with Alain Llorca, a starred chef in Cagnes-Mer, with Christian Lesquerre, or even at the Villa Saint-Elme in Issambre. Then, he created Fanfan la marshmallow, which was at the beginning an artisanal confectionery with an activity of sale and manufacture on the night markets of the seaside: lollipops, candy canes and marshmallows were and are always manufactured by our care for your greater pleasure.
Lollipop workshop with childrenWe are at the disposal of teachers to propose a lollipop workshop. The children can watch the sugar being baked, the sugar being glazed, and participate in the making of their own lollipops
