Industrial wasteland turned contemporary art center, offering a mix of painting, photography..
For almost 40 years, the Creux de l'Enfer industrial wasteland has been a center for contemporary art. Free of charge, it offers a wide range of exhibitions that go beyond the boundaries of the town of Thiers. With its missions of production, distribution and mediation, the center aims to raise awareness of contemporary art among a broad public of all generations. Restoration work will be completed by June 2025, at which time the Creux de l'Enfer and Le May factories will be reunited to host joint exhibitions.
