Le Thiers workshop is open to children aged 5 and over and adults, offering an edutainment activity based around knives.

Here's an edutainment activity based around knives! The idea? Put on a knife-maker's apron and let us guide you as you assemble your own knife, with free engraving as a bonus! You'll be responsible for assembling, adjusting and finishing the Le Thiers® brand closing knife (a registered design of the Confrérie du Couteau Le Thiers®). It's a great way to discover tradition and craft, and take home your own personal souvenir! The workshop is also open to children aged 5 to 9, who can get their own tartineur!

Des personnes humainement adorables, passionnées, à l'écoute. Ce sont des artisans et artisanes d'exception qui vous apprendront tout un tas de choses, et vous aideront à construire votre propre couteau (franchement, ça en jette).

Vraiment excellent c’est une des choses à faire dans la liste des choses à faire en Auvergne.
Faire son propre couteau dans la capitale mondiale de la coutellerie !!!
Très bon accueil, il faut environ une heure pour réaliser son couteau.
