For over a century, Robert David cutlery has been making its own products: Thiers®, Laguiole and now Select' and Epicurien. It also produces Calibres 12 and regional knives. The premises are furnished and the workshops are glazed to welcome visitors. So you can see the workers preparing the knives, which are veritable works of art. The very popular assembly workshop gives visitors, young and old, the opportunity to design their own knives and leave with them, once assembled.
