The Musée de la Coutellerie is located in the town's historic center, within two traditional Thiers houses. The first part presents cutlery in Thiers from historical, ethnographic and social angles. In the second part, the museum's cutlers offer two demonstrations: the assembly of a closing knife and traditional Thiers knife-making. The two floors of collections bear witness to the expertise of Thiers cutlers. The youngest visitors are not forgotten either, with a discovery trail to liven up their visit!
