Florence Datessen ranks among the world's top 100 wine merchants, offering some 3,000 cuvées of natural wines.
Behind an unassuming shop window, you pass through a small wine merchant's stall, along a corridor overflowing with good bottles, to finally arrive in a surprising place. A horseshoe-shaped counter, ideally designed for this wine bar, precedes a room whose bay windows open onto the Chaîne des Puys! There's also a terrace where you can enjoy the view on a sunny day. Wines, cocktails and spirits are divinely selected. In the evening, bistronomy takes center stage, with the possibility of dining out. Tastings are also held from time to time.

Nous appelons au téléphone pour savoir si le bar est exceptionnellement fermé et la réponse de la femme est magique : " peut-être, je ne sais pas, je ne suis pas bien sûr".
