The former managers of Bar à Jules in Escoutoux, Benjamin Graff and Bénédicte Cothenet, have each launched their own establishment in Thiers, the knife capital. Benjamin set up shop in the upper town, in the former Le Fontenoy bar, renovated by the town council. This hybrid establishment offers morning service with good coffee, followed by a lunch of Bénédicte's homemade jars, to eat in or take away. The warm, cosy atmosphere invites you to enjoy the space all day long, savoring hot drinks and desserts.
