Asador Maria Morena is a pastel-coloured restaurant, which offers a few terraced tables and a panoramic view of the superb Cuenca valley. This is the promise of a good time at lunch or dinner in this beautiful establishment perched at the very top of the city. We particularly appreciated the bluefin tuna tataki as a starter, goat and fruit salad or rice with shrimp and garlic in the food section. The welcome can be a little fast in high season, but the price-quality ratio is quite good.

Entièrement satisfait de notre dîné à chez Asador Maria à Cuenca. Cadre cosy, ambiance agréable, bons plats… J'adore ce resto.
