A visit to this store is a must to discover an essential part of the Hungarian culture: the pálinka. Titrating in the 50 degrees, this fruit distillate is drunk on all occasions, including breakfast. This store in Budapest is not far from being its temple! The precious brandy is available in various variations (cherry, cherry, pear, apricot, apple, plum, quince, grape ...), formats (0.35 l or smaller bottles) and producers. The only problem is that the staff is not always English-speaking, but that has changed a little.
