ZSIRÁF

In Budapest, before or after hopping on the train, you can sip a beer with friends in this open-air bar called Zsiráf (Hungarian for giraffe). Decorated with lanterns and flower/green planters on the esplanade of the Grand Gare de l'Ouest. Inspired by DJ mixes or concerts at the central counter, you can choose the size of your beer. If you're feeling peckish, there's a wooden hut where you can cook up a tasty burger. Ping-pong table, large tables and a festive, good-natured atmosphere (on our last visit, service was disappointing).
