Fresh, fast and cheap hummus, falafel, shashukha sandwiches and dishes for this Middle Eastern restaurant franchise
I fell in love with this Middle Eastern restaurant, one of the best "franchises" in the whole city, with a dozen or so locations around town. The succulent recipe is simple: freshly cooked falafels, homemade hummus, pita bread - fresh from the oven, salads, chachouka (a kind of ratatouille with egg), shawarma (kebab-style grilled meat, in most restaurants), labné ( zaatar condiment with yoghurt), etc., all at ultra-reasonable prices. On the spot - colorful, pleasant design - or to take away.

Es war komplett mit Selbstbedienung, also drinnen bestellen und dann mit so einem Pieper dann das Essen holen, sobald es fertig war.
Es sah am Anfang nach zu wenig aus, hat aber mehr als gereicht. Danach waren wir pappsatt und hätten nicht mal mehr Nachtisch essen können. Es war alles sehr lecker, obwohl wir jeweils nicht alles gegessen haben, aufgrund persönlicher Vorlieben und so.
Für eine Hummusbar absolut top! Und preislich war es auch angemessen, da es wirklich richtig ordentlich satt gemacht hat.
Sitzen konnte man draußen, was sehr hübsch war, allerdings waren die Stühle etwas unbequem und die Tische etwas riskant fürs Getränke draufstellen.
Alles in allem würden wir aber fürs Essen nochmal hingehen.
