Since 2007, the village's women have formed a cooperative to manufacture and market a wide range of local products, prepared by hand from natural ingredients found on the ground: honey, oil, jams, glika mus koutaliou (fruit in very thick syrup that is eaten by spoon), wines, alcohol and local drinks (Vissinida, Tsikoudia, Petimedi…), but also pastries (loukoums, melomacaronia, kourabiedes, kritsinia, paximadia…).
