The Museum of the Olive Tree of Pano (Ano) Vouves is located near the olive tree, which is characterized as a "historical monument" due to its longevity. Almost 3,500 years of history concerning the cycles of olive tree cultivation, olive oil production, storage and transportation are housed in this beautiful stone building that is not to be missed during a visit to the area. Among the objects on display are ancient amphorae and a wooden plow that resembles the plows described by Hesiod in the late eighth century BC.
