The best restaurants Makrigialos

This classic seaside tavern, Chryssi Akti or Golden Beach, established in 1983, serves good local cuisine on a terrace well shaded by some old tamarisk trees, by the sea. It is a neat establishment serving both Cretan specialities and international dishes. The salads are hearty (Greek salad, tuna and avocado salad, among others). On the menu: grilled octopus or octopus with vinaigrette sauce, veal with tomato sauce and small onions, moussaka... and, of course, fresh fish grilled over a wood fire.
