MUSÉE BERECZKI IMRE - COLLECTION D'HISTOIRE LOCALE

This local history museum pays tribute to Bereczki Imre, ethnographer and founder of the collection. Housed in his renovated family home, it recreates the atmosphere of the trades of yesteryear, with workshops for shoemakers, tailors, blacksmiths and coopers, as well as a rope-making workshop. A memorial room recalls the life of the researcher. This gives a vivid insight into the craft traditions and daily lives of the inhabitants of the Great Hungarian Plain in the ^19th and ^20th centuries.
