It all began in 1885. It's a rich and intense history that of the honey house, still run by the same family! Today, Elizabeth, a certified organic beekeeper, looks after the 250 hives with her son Johann, using ancestral know-how. She produces honeys, cosmetics, candles, sweets, syrups... As she only uses honeys from her own harvest, not all honeys and products are available every year, with some harvests only taking place every 3 years, depending on the vagaries of the weather.

Je suis fidélisé depuis l année dernière et toujours aussi satisfait du miel et de la gelée royale que j achète pour mes parents qui sont âgées
Mon mari m’en a apporté plusieurs fois, ainsi que leur excellente gelée royale. Je n’ai pas encore eu l’occasion de l’accompagner mais je ne manquerai pas de le faire, notamment pour faire visiter le site à mes enfants ! D'autant que l’apicultrice a l’air très accueillante et sympathique.
Actuellement épidémie de grippe corsée chez nous : nous allons donc venir chercher notre pot de miel de thym ces prochains jours !
Je vais vous en recommander, et essayer d'autre produit....
