lors d'un week-end réservé sur une plateforme en ligne dont le service est déplorable (sport decouverte), le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel du Mercure de Saint Nectaire nous a permis de passer une très agréable séjour et de compenser les défaillances de la plateforme de réservation.
L'accueil, les soins et les prestations hôtelières étaient très bien.
Un immense merci!!!!!

Très bel endroit dans le respect et le charme d'antan. Très bon accueil de la part de tous. Super petit dej ! Joli tour de parc. Sauna, piscine, hammam et jacuzzi, très bon moment de détente. La literie est exceptionnelle avec un lit king size. Je recommande ????
