Guy, an expatriate from Nice who moved to Costa Rica in 2010, opened this bakery after running a famous Tex-Mex restaurant in Vietnam. He got back to work, to the great pleasure of the locals who regularly come here to buy pastries and sandwiches. Since then, his brother José has taken over. You can't miss his bakery, which proudly displays the French flag and an Eiffel Tower! A terrace allows you to have your coffee and/or read your newspaper in all simplicity.
