From US$50 for a room with private bathroom, king-size bed and flat-screen TV; US$39 for a room with shared bathroom and US$14 for a dormitory bed. Hot water, parking, luggage storage service, Internet access, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee available day and night. Breakfast at 3,500 colones (fruit, gallo pinto and juice). Costa Rica WORKSTATION coworking space right across the street, costing US$1 an hour or US$5 a day if you are a Guesthouse or Backpackers guest. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Then they offered me a dorm room. Keep in mind, the rooms were MORE expensive to hook in person at the hotel than on Booking, or any other third-party venue.
They didn't care and they didn't apologize. I wasted money on an Uber to get there from the airport after a long travelling day only to find out I couldn't check in. Then I had to get another Uber to go to a different hotels.
A complete waste of money!
