MARCHÉ DE YANGSHUO

Located near the bus station, on the bridge road, the covered market and its popular immediate surroundings present vegetables and roots of all kinds, unknown to the foreign neophyte. At the end of an alleyway leading to the market, a whole section is reserved for herbs and medicinal roots packed in small red or white cloth bags. Some hang a large cloth depicting a drawing of the human body, qi(vital energy lines) and acupuncture points. A true spectacle for all the senses.
