Chef Paul Pairet's restaurant takes you on the journey. Inspired by many culinary traditions in the world, Jade on 36 serves a cuisine the chef likes to call: " an adventure on a plate ". With its foie au au, its spaghetti to the strawberry-cola sauce, the Jade on 36 menu is a separate experience. And everything is deliciously accompanied by the view.
