SICHUAN CITIZEN

This is the restaurant version of the famous Citizen Café. As his name indicates he prepares a kitchen in Sichuan. What do we love? The quality of its dishes already: it has been able to impose the specialities of the province of central China without abuse on piments. And then his decor all red with beautiful posters of Chinese artists to the walls and his big fans hanging on the ceiling of the bar. There is also a glass of "basil drop" (delicious basil alcohol).
