This farm is actually a huge 90 ha organic property. Perfumes of citrus fruits, olives and chant. For three generations, the family produces all organic cultures (certified in 1998) and elevates sheep, goats and pigs. The olive oil is produced by 1 000 feet of olive trees. Cannonau wine, national specialty, and white wine vernacta (kind of muscadet) are produced here. Possibility of purchasing for customers. The rooms are located in small houses, three of which are designed for disabled guests. Cooking courses: manufacturing of jams, preparation of bread, cakes, fresh pasta. Themed evenings (music evening twice a month). Welcome in French and hearty meals.

Wir waren Anfang April im Rahmen einer kleinen Rundreise mit unseren Landys auch bei Spartaco und seiner Familie zu Gast. Wir durften bei sehr leckerem sardischen Essen einen sehr entspannten und gemütlichen Abend dort genießen . Frisch zubereite eigene Erzeugnisse und ein herzlicher Service durch den Gastgeber Spartaco haben diesen Abend unvergesslich gemacht. Wir durften unsere Landys mit Dachzelt im Nahbereich parken und übernachten. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war genauso lecker. Dieser Ort und seine herzlichen Gastgeber sind absolut empfehlenswert!

On our way back to Olbia we spent the night at Su Birde and very much enjoyed the hospitality from Spartaco and his family. The traditional food at dinner and breakfast were truly delicious and we would always love to come back.

Siamo stati accolti da questa meravigliosa famiglia in un ambiente bellissimo. Nel verde , tra gli ulivi , vista mare. Di sera ti addormenti cullato dal canto dei grilli e dagli scampanelii delle pecore in sottofondo. Mangiato benissimo , camere pulitissime e arredate con gusto. Uno spaccato di Sardegna autentica. Torneremo. Grazie
