Despite its name, which might sound like a handkerchief, it has about 60 seats inside and the same number outside. You can taste local specialties(pane frattau, pecorino ravioli, culurgiones, pane carasau, porcettu à la broche...). The chef relies on organic products and zero mileage. The meal is accompanied by nepente d'Oliena or cannonau, the local grape varieties.
