The best of Barbagia's gastronomic tradition can be found in this fabulous restaurant. Here, the women cook like in the past and bake bread on a wood fire. You must try the very copious and succulent buffet of Sardinian antipasti , the ricotta ravioli or the local cheese(sa casizolu). Every evening, the suckling pig is roasted on the spit in the large fireplace. The meal ends with the traditional seadas covered with honey. The prices remain reasonable. An obligatory stopover when visiting the region.

In this restaurant perched at the top of the mountain with a panoramic view, good Sardinian cuisine is in the spotlight: old-fashioned dishes prepared with local products (oil, olives, honey cheeses, fresh pasta) on sale in the shop. The carrasau bread has just come out of the wood oven: a delight! Delicate and attentive service for quality services.

Large choice of pizzas cooked over a wood fire, absolutely delicious thanks to the natural fermentation of the dough. To discover imperatively!

This pretty restaurant with its milky white walls has a delightful setting with its copper pots and hanging earthenware plates. Despite its name, which might sound like a handkerchief, it has about 60 seats inside and the same number outside. You can taste local specialties(pane frattau, pecorino ravioli, culurgiones, pane carasau, porcettu à la broche...). The chef relies on organic products and zero mileage. The meal is accompanied by nepente d'Oliena or cannonau, the local grape varieties.
