Nuoro has some very fine restaurants and Ciusa is one of them. Its refined atmosphere does not prevent you from enjoying simple dishes, such as a plate of fine cured meats or a beef carpaccio with pecorino. But it would be a shame to miss the chef's creative cuisine, which follows the seasons. He proposes inspired dishes sprinkled with a touch of fantasy, such as the supions with fresh beans or the fried octopus presented in a very original way. Don't miss the filindeu, a very fine homemade pasta served with fish sauce.

Sono stata diverse volte in questo ristorante. Oggi ho chiesto se poteva entrare il cagnolino e mi è stato negato. Non ci metterò più piede! In un altro ristorante è stato accolto molto volentieri ed ho anche risparmiato notevolmente sul conto, visti i prezzi del Ciusa. Vergognosi!

Cibo molto buono e di qualità, cameriere gentilissime, però le ho viste un po' troppo occupate a parlare tra loro, per dire che c'erano soltanto pochi tavoli abbiamo dovuto cercare il loro sguardo più volte o magari gesticolare, potrebbero fare molto di più, sarà stata una giornata presa sottogamba. per quanto riguarda il conto, non saprei paragonarlo con altri prezzi nei paraggi, l'unica cosa forse un po' troppo ''particolare'' del menù è il prezzo del pane (visto che si paga il coperto) e il sovrapprezzo per un piatto condiviso.
