Mountain with a beautiful view, a perfect address for climbing enthusiasts in Tempio Pausania.
The most beautiful view of the northern part of the island is from Mount Limbara (1,359 m), the mountain south of Tempio Pausania. It is reached by a road that climbs in sharp curves for about ten kilometres through a pine forest. There are paths that allow you to reach various viewpoints such as the Madonna, the summit or the Punta Balistreri, which is spiked with stony ridges. The view stretches out to the sea and, in good weather, you can even see Corsica. The granite columns form a playground for climbing enthusiasts.

It is very beautiful, both for the panoramas and for the site itself, which smells good pines. Ideal for picnic or hiking… Don't forget to fill your gourds with the good water of the site (fountains on the road)
