The restaurant La Gritta has lost its Michelin star, but not its clientele. The adventure began in 2007 and the inhabitants of Palau were immediately seduced by the inventive and sober cuisine, spiced up with new condiments straight from the chef's head. The dishes are based on the local Gallura repertoire, especially for the preparation of fish. The sommelier has also gone fishing for the best local wine producers who work their land with passion. The menu is completed by a fine selection of Italian and French wines.

abbiamo conosciuto il bellissimo ristorante di Simo e Robi quest'anno e ci abbiamo cenato due sere di fila! ceviche deliziosa, secondi di pesce ottimi. selezione vini eccezionale. contesto elegante al punto giusto ma non, come dire, asettico. l'ambiente trasuda familiarità e si ha da subito quella sensazione di potervi trascorrere quelle serate estive interminabili con racconti di precendenti vite vissute sorseggiando del buon vin santo. italianità vera, sincera. pecche (poche, se non pochissime): grissini asciutti entrambe le sere e rumorosità di alcuni ospiti americani (magari andavano ripresi un pochino, ma capisco che è cosa delicata, specie con gli stranieri). prezzi adeguati al contesto e alla professionalità dello staff. ci torneremo sicuro!

Ottima esperienza in un ristorante di buon livello. Consiglio ove possibile di mangiare bel bel giardino.

One of my favorite in Palau. The food is excellent and consistent. I have been 5 or 6 time with small and bigger parties and the service and quality has always been impeccable. I absolutely suggest to go a sunset time to enjoy the spectacular Maddalena view from the open area of the restaurant.

Siamo stati qui due volte: la prima sera abbiamo ordinato À la carte, ma incuriositi dal menú degustazione siamo ritornati una seconda volta e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dalla varietà dei piatti che cambiano ogni giorno e nel nostro caso i dolci erano tutti diversi, così da farci provare tutte le loro proposte.
