What a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. It all started with the upgrade we received from the hotel, a nice large family apartment. The suggestions for restaurants and places to visit in the area were top notch. The free beach and/or pool towels that you can change as often as you want.
As a surprise they also borrowed an umbrella and chairs for the beach.

Non ho commenti su come una persona incapace alla reception possa danneggiare una struttura ricettiva. Arrivo avendo appena avuto un incidente d'auto e chiedo una stanza specificando anche la mia disavventura. Mi fanno l'offerta e poi chiedo se per favore hanno un panino qualunque essendo tardi per l'incidente: mi dicono che devo andare a pigliarmelo fuori mentre sono un po' acciaccato...nemmeno offrirsi a prendermelo (anche pagando il servizio). Mi dicono che la colazione la mattina dopo non è in struttura ma è fuori. A quel punto mi innervosisco un po' e la gentile signorina fa un gesto plateale indicandomi l'uscita e cacciandomi via. A parte gli insulti di rito... posti con dipendenti del genere che non sanno adattarsi a situazioni un po' fuori dagli schemi rischiano di fallire presto e se addirittura fosse stata la proprietaria peggio ancora.
