This site, which represents Broome's old town, is home to the legendary Sun Pictures, an open-air cinema built in 1916.
It represents the old town of Broome, even if it is only a few houses lining Carnarvon Street. Nice for a stroll. The Chinese stalls have become restaurants for tourists, pearl and mother-of-pearl stores. Walk along Johnny Chi Lane and its 20 panels telling the history of Broome. This is where you'll find the mythical Sun Pictures, an open-air cinema built in 1916. Program on their website. The opportunity to watch a movie on a deckchair or the lawn, while drinking a beer with the stars above you!

Ce quartier chinois est sans grand intérêt. Il est très petits et compte principalement des boutiques à touristes.
