ALBANY'S HISTORIC WHALING STATION

Historically, this place was used for whaling operations. But this whaling station, the last one in Australia, had to stop its activities in 1978 when whaling was banned in the country. Today, it is recognized as a heritage site, a place dedicated to whales where you can find all the answers to questions about these great cetaceans and the history of whaling.
