This 140-year-old, 1.8 km pier is the longest wooden pier in the southern hemisphere and the second longest in the world.
The 140-year-old, 1.8 km-long Busselton jetty is the longest wooden jetty in the Southern Hemisphere and the second-longest in the world. You can walk along it, or take the little train that runs along it and leads to the Underwater Observatory. You're guaranteed a spectacular 8-metre descent to observe underwater life through large windows. You can also take a swim: the world's first electric shark barrier will be installed here in 2020!

A voir absolument...
1,8km de ballade au milieu de l'océan... avec une vue magnifique sur le village de Busselton. Sur le parcours vous pourrez contempler les vestiges de l'ancienne jetée, les pécheurs et les cormorans... et si vous ne souhaitez pas profiter de la ballade vous pouvez vous faire transporter par un petit train...
