Bark Mill Tavern & Bakery

The Bark Mill is a former leather tanning factory whose restored mill dates back to 1885. The mill was used to grind the bark of the black acacia tree, essential to the tanning process. Located along Great Eastern Drive, on the way to Freycinet National Park, here you'll find a patisserie with breads and pastries, a bar area and an excellent restaurant. In addition to a loyal local clientele, the establishment also welcomes a large number of visitors.
