Waters Edge is one of Canberra's most popular restaurants. Enjoy the outdoor scenery of Lake Griffin through the panoramic windows of the beautiful dining room. The menu is short and rather concise, offering classic dishes (chicken, salmon or kangaroo) tasty and well worked. Some combinations are surprising such as the braised chicken with Auvergne blue cheese. To accompany your meal, choose from the best French, Italian, Australian or New Zealand wines.
