With its resolutely modern Botanic Garden, this building is primarily a place of receptions and conferences dedicated to oenology and Australian wines. It is the largest center dedicated to the southern hemisphere wine. Its cellar can contain up to 38,000 bottles. Free interactive self-guided exhibition Wine Discovery. Pay tastings. Au cours de la visite du jardin botanique, nous nous y sommes arrêtés pour déguster quelques vins typiques. Le bâtiment se visite rapidement, et la dégustation est assez basique avec un système de carte à mettre dans une machine pour choisir cru et quantité (3 possibilités) C'est assez cher donc nous avons consommé avec modération.

Situé dans le jardin botanique, il est intéressant d'y faire une pause pour y déguster quelques vins et en apprendre un peu sur l'histoire du vin, les différents types de bouteilles, de bouchons utilisés...

Le centre en lui-même n'est pas très intéressant, à l'image de la ville d'Adelaïde...
Une dégustation (payante) mais originale est toutefois possible.
