STATE LIBRARY OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Between exhibitions, archives and the superb Mortlock Wing, the library is a must-see in North Terrace.
Considered the largest in South Australia, the library offers a variety of temporary exhibitions, some of which are chargeable, providing an insight into the region's heritage. Among its treasures is the Mortlock Wing and its 19thᵉ century Victorian charm. This wing houses exhibition spaces on the first floor, study areas on the second floor and the Sir Josiah Symon Library on the third. It is regularly ranked among the world's most beautiful libraries.
