In 1994, Max Paganoni returned from his travels throughout Europe. Passionate about local products and wines, he set out to create the first wine restaurant in the Peninsula. Today, the restaurant has won several awards and is very popular. The restaurant serves modern local and seasonal dishes in a beautiful setting surrounded by greenery and vineyards. For example, asparagus as a starter, lamb or artichoke in a crust as a vegetarian dish, and a selection of local cheeses.
