The Ilkari restaurant, whose name means sky in the Pitjantjara language of the Anangu of Uluru, offers all-you-can-eat buffets for breakfast and dinner. Very international buffet, there is really something for everyone. For dinner, a selection of seafood, which is quite special in this part of the world (!). Australian and Asian cuisine, with notably some dishes using aboriginal ingredients. The chocolate fondue is also impressive and will not disappoint you! The restaurant is located in the Sails in the Desert hotel.

The Outback Hotel is a good place to go for lunch or dinner in a friendly atmosphere. There are actually two establishments in one: the Outback Kiosk, the more affordable one, which offers mostly pizzas, burgers and salads. Not many individual tables, but maybe the opportunity to meet other travelers over a drink, especially when they host concerts. At the Outback BBQ & Bar, choose your meat or fish to grill on the spot.
