It is rare to find such a modern and original café in the Outback so don't hesitate to stop by and try their bagels, quesadillas, poke bowls, cakes with a good coffee or a refreshing smoothie. Tables inside (well air conditioned) or outside where beautiful trees provide shade. The name of the café comes from the Gouldian Finch, a small colorful bird that lives all over the Top End but is very very rare to see in the wild. The area around Katherine, especially Edith Falls, is one of the best places in the NT to see it.
