Charlie's of Darwin is Darwin's first gin bar and opened in 2020. They also produce their own gin, which you can try, among a host of gins from all over the world. Many cocktails are also available, so don't hesitate to try the Top End's specialties, like their Salty Plum Gin. This is also one of the best restaurants for sampling local produce, from crocodile to shrimp to buffalo. The decor is very tasteful and open to the outdoors, with views of huge trees.
