The very large and beautiful white sandy beach that follows the curve of the bay is located at the end of the shopping street of Byron Bay. It is overlooked by a wide, shaded grassy strip. During the day, this vantage point is perfect for watching the many life savers rowing around the rock opposite. To the north, the beaches stretch for more than 50 kilometers, up to the Gold Coast, interrupted only by river mouths and a few rocky headlands. Sublime.
