The construction of the Grand Hôtel Richelieu, dedicated to the stays of wealthy curists, began in 1883. Raised by two floors in 1929, it now proudly displays its five stars. From the classics to the Prestige Suite, the rooms are very carefully designed. The surprising Suite 604 has a lounge with bar and a private terrace. Ideally located in the heart of the spa town, it offers privileged access to Royat Tonic without leaving the hotel. It is renowned for its restaurants, Le Grand Prix and La Flèche d'Argent, as well as for its two lounge bars.

Hôtel 5* ROYAT
Chambre un peu exiguë, décoration à rafraichir, et literie pas 100% confort. Place de parking en face de l'hôtel (souvent plein). Très bon restaurant et personnel chaleureux (surtout envers notre bébé !!!)

I was likely to be able to get to lunch in this restaurant several times. Each time I marvel by the presentation and quality dishes served. The service is very well managed. When it has beautiful meal taken terrace on the 7th floor, with beautiful views of Clermont Fd
A magnificent setting for their restaurant on the ground floor " La Table d'Isidore " for the 7th floor " Le Panoramique " (Only fine summer days). A pretty menu with fresh seasonal produce and local products such as organic char fountain (a pisciculturist in the region) that I had to discover at home! If not a very pleasant moment of aperitif to the café with preciousnesses!
I loved setting and service, the cuisine fresh produce is worked in beautiful way. Brunch is rich with good products (will pata negra, smoked salmon, homemade dessert)
