Beaches with small coves of white sand and clear water among the most beautiful of the island
El Cotillo boasts some of the most beautiful beaches on the island! Here, small coves of white sand and crystal-clear waters line a dirt track, giving holidaymakers peace and quiet and much-appreciated privacy. The northern beaches are calm, and some coves are quiet lagoons for families. The beaches to the south are windier and more exposed to currents, making them ideal for beginner surfers and kitesurfers, albeit with a degree of caution. The coves stretch for 2 km along the increasingly high cliffs, and Playa del Castillo is the first, followed by the wild beaches of Playa del Ajibe de la Cueva and Playa del Aguila.

Très jolies criques peu fréquentées près du phare, moins dangereuses que la plupart des plages de Fuerteventura. Mer froide mais on ne peut pas tout avoir !

Sur la plage, près du phare de Toston, vous trouverez, plein de petites constructions en pierres de lave, derniers souvenirs du passage de vacanciers.

Joli petit port , de moins en moins de pêcheurs et de plus en plus de tourisme mais il garde encore un petit cachet "bout du monde".... La route qui y mène vaut le coup également.

El cotillo n'est pas un site agréable uniquement pour ces plages mais également pour son petit village si charmant ! Un havre de paix ou il fait bon flâner et en toute saison et y déguster du poisson frais...

Petit coin de calme avec belle plage non touristique mais eau très froide car courant marin froid à cet endroit.
