If you're going to take a tour of Las Palmas' must-see spots to enjoy a sunset cocktail or a post-dinner vermouth, you might as well not miss the terrace overlooking the cathedral, with the sea in the background, by day, or all lit up by night. For this, we head for the roof top of the Hotel Cordial, located on Plaza Santa Ana, one of La Vegueta's emblematic squares. With two areas, a first terrace with small tables and armchairs facing the bar and the cathedral, and another mini terrace, even closer to the sky.
