Located on the heights of the island, one kilometer from Agulo, this restaurant is run by the shipping company Fred Olsen, and is known for its demonstrations of Silbo, the language of La Gomera. Its other plus: beautiful views of the island of Tenerife, the neighboring island, with of course the Teide accessible from the terrace of the place. It claims a typically Canarian cuisine. As it has become an institution, it is important to know that it is reached by many tourist buses and as such, it is not the most peaceful gastronomic stop.
