Now a "gastrobar", this "salamander" has moved to the central square of San Sebastián de la Gomera to settle in a house dating from the 19th century. His credo: market cuisine, revisiting traditional dishes and making the most of local products such as mango, yam, avocado and palm honey. That you can appreciate for example with a cod dish served with cheese. Or via the artisanal ice creams. Good presentation of the dishes and attentive reception, but it will often be necessary to reserve and sometimes wait.

L'accueil de ce resto La salamandra à San Sebastian de la Gomera est très convivial et chaleureux. La cuisine y est aussi un délice.
